A lot of people in Australia are experiencing an issue with the 9Now app while trying to watch the Olympics and other TV shows The app works fine on other devices, such as on a Phone, and iPad, but it doesn't work on the main TV through the Foxtel iQ5 box.
After contacting Foxtel support, they suggested manually updating the software, Rebooting, and Updating the internet connection. However, these solutions don't work for everyone. You can try these options first, but if they also fail for you, consider resetting your apps.
on your remote Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Reset Apps.
The unexpected error message occurred due to a glitch with the app which is now resolved by going into Advanced Settings and Resetting Apps.
