2. SMS Access: Send an SMS with the candidate’s full index number, followed by ID card number, to 8888.

NESA is a government institution that was established in 2020 by Presidential Order No. 121/01 of 15/10/2020, published in the Official Gazette No. 32 bis of 19/10/2020. It was created under the Ministry of Education to play a central role in monitoring the implementation of norms and standards through school inspections and administering comprehensive assessments from Level 1 to Level 5 in TSS and Basic Education, in line with the Competence-Based Curriculum/Training.
