Use another device, a new account, and another card to make payment

Since AliExpress has blocked your account, device IP address, and payment cards, an easy solution is to create a new account using a different device and a separate card, and then proceed to make the payment. (Make sure the card you use has never been used to make payment on the account before)

here are the simple steps 

• use another device a cellphone or laptop that has never logged in to the Aliexpress account with the payment problem
• after that, create an account 
• use a different card choose the product you would like to purchase and make the payment

I don't recommend using a VPN because it may not work, whenever AliExpress detects a security problem on your account, it may be due to using someone else's bank card or attempting to open multiple accounts on one device to benefit from offers and coupons. This often results in an error code CSC_7200026.

An easy solution is to simply open a new account, then use another device that has never logged into your AliExpress account, and use a different card to make payment.
