Try one of the following solutions to fix the issue with your Foxtel where the hard drive is not detected
check if the hard drive is properly connected to your IQ box: In most cases, HDD or Foxtel Hard drive will not be detected due to an improper connection between the hard drive and the box. If everything is connected and you still receive the same error message, then proceed with the following steps.
Reboot your IQ Box: whether you use an iq4 or iq5 you'll need to reboot it just turn it off wait for a few minutes and turn it back on, this can help reset the system to its initial state, clearing temporary glitches or conflicts that may have occurred during operation.
Replace your Hard drive: If you have tried everything we have suggested but nothing has worked, this might indicate a hard drive failure, and you'll need to replace it with a new one. Simply ring Foxtel support, and they will send a technician to come and check it. If possible, they will provide you with another IQ box free of charge.
