- Dial the number on your mobile phone: (*120*6843#)
- Select option 2 to clear error codes.
- Enter your area postal code or city postal code.
- Choose option 1.
- Select from 1 to 4 depending on your error message.
- Enter your STB number when prompted.
- The process is complete. Please wait 5 - 10 minutes for the error message to be cleared.
Do you still get the E04 Error code even after trying the above steps this means This STB or smart card is not authorized by the operator for viewing, to ensure authorization
To activate your decoder, please do the following:
- Press help on your remote and write down your STB number which will appear at the top of the help screen.
- Exit the help screen and use your cellphone to dial the number in the red ribbon at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
- Follow the prompts and use the STB number that you have written down to activate your decoder.
- Press P-up or P-Plus on your remote to change your channels.
