Some users have reported encountering the E06-B error code when attempting to activate their STB or smart card. Fortunately, this is a common issue and can be resolved simply by performing a factory reset on your OpenView decoder.
To perform a factory reset follow the steps below
Using your remote, navigate to the menu, select settings, and then choose installations. Select "Factory Reset" and use either the PIN 0000 or 1234. Confirm your factory reset, and after that, restart your decoder to check if you still encounter the E06-B Error.
