After landing on the page click register if you don't have an account to start the process of changing subject combinations online

Next, fill in the relevant information for the Index Number in the sample format S0101.0020.2020. Answer the question you will be asked, including your last name and year of birth. After that click next, and a new page will open, and you will be required to enter a password.

Once you've entered the password, you will be provided with a username and password. Your username is your index number, and the password is the one you entered recently.

The following information should be filled correctly:-

• student general choice
• Alternative option
• Form 5 detailed choices

After filling click save.
