Once approved, you will receive an SMS. Then, you can proceed by dialing the free USSD *134*843# and choose option 4 (Enter your PIN). If you do not have a PIN or have forgotten it, dial the same number and request a PIN by entering your ID. You will receive an SMS for your PIN, then opt for option 4 and continue.

Follow these steps to check your claim status.

• Step 1: Dial *134*843# and select "option 1". 
• step 2: Enter the ID number.
• Step 3: Indicate if you have a pin or select "forgot pin" if you do not have one.
• Step 4: Enter your pin.
• Step 5: Claim status will be displayed and sent via SMS.
