If you encounter a playback error F1075 on your Foxtel, it is mainly caused by two reasons. It can be an internet outage, or your box just needs a simple reboot. to fix this problem follow the steps below.
Reboot your IQ Box: Upon rebooting, the connection establishes itself as a new one, often resulting in a higher speed. Simply hold down the power button on the IQ box until it turns off Wait for a few minutes and turn it on, this resets the cache on the TV and boosts the internet as well. Also, if you are using a satellite for your Foxtel, you need to check the signal status to ensure it is strong enough for streaming.
If you have rebooted your IQ box and you still face the same error, then it's likely an internet outage. This issue mostly affects people who use Foxtel Internet, such as Foxtel Broadband and Telstra, whereas Optus users generally do not face this problem.
If you call Telstra, they will ask if you have the error message on your screen. I had this issue a long time ago. I called Telstra, and they did something on their end to fix it.
