How to reverse ewallet on FNB APP and USSD code

first of all, you can't reverse e-wallet Transaction on the FNB APP the only option is to dial *120*321# or contact FNB support so that they can reverse it for you. 

here is how to do it via USSD code.

• on your phone Dial *120*321#
• select option "4" to send money
•  Next, select option 5 for "eWallet reversal"
• Select the transaction that you want to reverse

But keep in mind that you can only reverse an FNB e-wallet transaction that has been sent within the last 72 hours. Beyond that, it's impossible to do it via USSD code, and you'll need to contact support. 

Additionally, reversals depend on the availability of funds as reversed transactions are charged a small fee. Terms and conditions apply.

Be careful of getting scammed by fraudsters asking you to reverse an eWallet that was sent by mistake. FNB will never send an eWallet payment confirmation from a personal mobile number. Dial *130*392# to verify an eWallet and check out the Security Centre on the FNB App for more tips.
